GP(GramPanchayat) Wise SHG List

General Description

This is a login level report available under Block Level Login.This report is prepared on ad hoc basis to give information about Self Help Group (SHG) registered in state.Block can view bank related details of SHG's registered in particular GP .

Funtionality

Fig 1 shows the dropdowns shown at Block Level for which the report can be viewed.

1. Select Grampanchayat: This field indicates the Grampanchayat List in Block from which User has Logged In.User can select GramPanchayat to view all the bank related information of a SHG's registered in that particular GramPanchayat. (Note: By default report is shown for all Grampanchayats.

Once the User selects desired Grampanchayat the report will be shown as (Fig 2) Fig: 2 Fig 2 contains following fields as indicated below.

1. Grampanchayat Name: This field indicates the grampanchayat name .
2. Village Name: This field indicates the village name.
3. SHG Code: This field indicates the SHG Code as per MIS-NRLM.
4. SHG Name: This field indicates the Self Help Group (SHG) name.
5. Bank Name: This field indicates the name of bank ,to which Self Help Group (SHGs) is linked.
6. Bank Branch Name (IFSC Code): This field indicates the name of bank branch and IFSC Code ,to which Self Help Group (SHGs) is linked.
7. Bank Account No.: This field indicates the bank account number.
